This project comprised of a single storey rear extension and truss roof extension over the existing garage space. The single storey rear extension was a lean-to with large aluminium bi-folding doors to form a second living space off the existing kitchen, in addition to this a flat roof utility room was formed along with a built in fish tank! The roof extension was to provide a new master bedroom with en-suite over a existing flat roof garage space. The roof was formed using a truss roof system with two apex dormers. The new space housed a master bedroom with Bath, En-suite with walk-in wet room shower, large cupboard space, private balcony and the late addition of a mezzanine floor with oak and glass balustrades. The brief was a high-spec luxurious space and i'm sure you'll agreed this stunning project is nothing short of that! Completed - July 2015
