As part of our service we offer a full design service as part of your Project. Working closely with you to offer a range of designs to achieve the maximum space in your proposed loft or extension.
Once a quotation is agreed our Technical designer will carry out the following:
During October 2013 the Permitted development rights were relaxed allowing more flexibility to carry out extensions and loft conversions without the need to apply for planning permission, great news for home owners! Our technical designer will work with you to ensure you achieve the maximum extension or loft conversion allowable under permitted development.
However if your project requires planning permission then we will act as your agent and apply on your behalf. Once planning / certificate of lawfulness is obtained, you have 5 years in which to carry out the works.
As part of the design process Gallery will submit your project to an approved building inspector and will liaise with them on your behalf.
