A Loft conversion carried out to a timber frame constructed property using Telebeam floor joists. The completed project has given our clients an additional bedroom with En-suite and all within a space they were uncertain could even be converted.

To make this loft conversion possible we implemented a new specialist floor system, designed for timber frame construction. In doing this we were able to ensure the maximum space was achieved.
